VELAS Ferrari 2023 Fantasy Livery (MODULAR MODS) 1.0

Hi all, I'm back modding liveries for F1 22 after a 3 YEAR hiatus

First up, we have a VELAS Ferrari 2023 Fantasy Livery. Similar to Bybit at Red Bull, Velas have sponsored Ferrari on a multi year deal from 2023.

- Velas main sponsor with more white paint
- Velas sponsored wheels
- Satin finish
