The UI files included modify the car name and description to reflect the real name of the car. This is for version 1.1 of the VRC mod, I will try to keep this up to date as VRC release new versions.
How to install:
- Extract to your Assetto Corsa root directory (defaults to %ProgramFiles(x86)%\Steam\SteamApps\common\assettocorsa
- Overwrite all files where prompted
Real skins are available here.
Note: These files modify the car name and brand in the UI only, it will not alter the in-game name. Because of this, you should not have any issues with data mis-matches when joining online races, but I cannot make any guarantees. If you wish to revert to the originals, just copy the UI folder from your original VRC archive to [your AC folder]\content\cars\vrc_pt_2019_tagomi_t50\ overwriting all files when prompted.
