Higher Res Windows with sunvisor and accurate decals

- updated to high resolution windows with more accurate decals and a sunvisor
- added a exhaust plate to the body as per actual race car.

a Lot of Improvements

after a week of doing skins on the SuperV8, i have gotten to know more of the file.
so I updated this first skin I uploaded:
- alloy fuel filler
- fixed and improved grill lion emblem
- fixed up the brake vents
- added my improved exhaust pipe
- updated windows to include co-driver
- redid the alpha channels for windows
- redid the headlights
- added a custom driver suit
- corrected shading to underside of rear wing
- added a Reiza driver helmet in the same colors as Lee Holdsworth's
- added correct Sandown 500 event logos
