another quick fix

Now the cars on the right will no longer stall at the start

Remember to disable “Cache Generated Payloads” and “Cache Generated Grids” in the AI Behavior Settings. At least for me, the new sidelines didn't work otherwise. (I used CSP version 0.1.79)
