Final changes:
- dark blue color little bit changed one more time.
also very little glossy was added to the blue part.

- Blue paint fixed parts that weren't partially painted
And fixed the border of the blue part cleanly

- All the decals in the area marked by the arrows were recreated.
When I created a new one, I tried...

Possible to add some more numbers? Having the toro rosso red numbers on the car looks terrible. I tried changing them myself, but converting from tiff to dds and back broke the game and, i even tried taking the numbers from a non-modded williams and name-converting them in the erp archiver, but this didnt work either
