1.1.1.2 Bug: Dry windscreen in 100% wet conditions

would just like to report a bug, not sure if it's related to the new patch but the windscreen appears to stay dry ie, no raindrops even in extreme wet conditions.

sure it worked before patch

Working for me offline but I was messing around at Pau earlier in the wet in a LAN server and the windscreen was dry in wet conditions.

EDIT: Works offline, but once in a server it no longer works. Just confirmed it with the guys in the Pau server this evening.
