1.11 championship AI way too weak?

Did a short test with the Alfa Romeo GTA on Brands Hatch indy and Monza 1966. Turned up the AI level to 100% and was still way fastest on the track. The second fastest AI laps were about +20 sec at Monza. Would be nice to think i'm suddenly that fast but i know better Anyone else had similar experiences?

Monza AI is definitely weak & easy to beat. Brands Hatch Indy has one weak spot that I noticed. Longer races go better than short ones because the AI bottleneck themselves until they get spread out.

When I find that I am way to fast I record my own AI race lines using the AI dev app and then they are fun to race against

Yeah, i was just surprised by the AI weakness in the new championship mode. From what i can remember they've been way stronger in quick-race mode. I'll go back to check and compare.

sims don`t have Careers

I just did a quick race and sadly still in the middle of the pack with 100% AI In championship mode with the above mentioned combination the AI at 100% races like they're on a formation lap...
