13900-4090 Needed for ACC?

Hello.

In 2023 I’ll finally build my SimRacing PC after being out of the racing scene for over a decade.

Is the last gen CPU and GPU needed for ACC? I don’t have a reference to make this call.

Should I instead buy a 12900-3090?
I’ll play on an Odyssey G9 Neo.
