15 min race and 10 min qualifying session in WTCC pub server

Good work on setting up the WTCC server with outlap from pits and standing starts. Could we get 15 min races, it's now set to 10 min wich is a bit short.

Thx again. Drove two events at Red Bull Ring and Zolder today, with no issues. Also have to lift up the gentleman racing fom the other drivers, good stuff. R3E is a big change if you compare to the Race07 public servers.

Was surprised to see 15+ finishers at one of the races earlier. I'm not used to that!
