Well, you read the title. 181 riders is here on MotoGP19, and you can play it aswell. But, this mod is probably going to make your framerates drop, so if you have a godly spec(PC). You wont have any problem. For low end pc gamers, don't expect too much, try lowering down your settings, or else, you won't have a great experience.
