1970 Dodge Charger Fast & Furious - No inside cockpit view

Can someone help me out, please
The above car has no inside cockpit view although I see in a YT-Video it has. Even when I press F7
to free the cam and I go inside the car I see the instruments working. So there must be an inside cockpit view. But with pressing 'C' I don't get it

Press f1 or mess with on board settings... I would think its probably the second one.
