@TTupsi Is it possible that supplier rejects your team although it doesn't supply maximum number of teams? For example if Avon was the best tyre and they supply 16 teams, but they reject Theodore since we are new in championship.

No, they will not reject in that case. The reverse however is possible; a manufacturer might accept more teams than listed if they get offers "they cannot decline"

1) Can we bid for drivers that are under contract of another team (I guess not)?
2) Can a team bid for their own driver? For example if I have Jones under old contract for next year, can I bid for him with 3 years contract?

2. If you mean extending contracts, then no. When a contract is made the team has to wait for it to run out when everyone can bid for him.
