Added 1991 Grand Prix billboards as correctly as I could. Who doesn't love Gatorade??

Also added some simple lights and reverb to the tunnel, makes the tunnel a bit more interesting, at least.

The RainFX and spectator removal is copy-paste from @kevink63 . The GrassFX, color adjustment of the backgrounds and tree textures and new water I don't know who did.
