1995 Indy season mod

Hi guys,
I'm in need of a little help. I've downloaded the 1995 Indycar mod and have tried installing it several times through content manager but it stubbornly refuses to install. I've asked in the 1995 Indy car mod thread where we download from but no one has replied there.
Can anyone offer any help in getting this mod to work?

You have purchased the dlc racing USA pack right? The mod is only liveries for cars purchased as dlc, not the actual cars.

Thank you Pullmehome, I haven't brought the USA pack so that will be why i can't get the mod to work. I better go make a purchase
