1st build... Processor

Hi.

I've prodominantly been a console user and been using a thrustmaster TX for years.
I'm saving up for a decent rig, and have almost saved up for the PC build.

I'm stuck on which processor to go, I'm sticking with intel, and was thinking
i7 14700k or will I need an i9

It'll be paired with Aorus z970 board, 4090.

Running triple 4k. Moza wheels/pedals.
Trak racer 120. And also have the SFX100 project in my mind. And whatever extras that get added over the mo this/years.

Any other gaming setup, I wouldn't need to ask, but being a SIM, and all the extra software/hardware added, will the i7 14700 be enough, bearing in mind upgrades later for the GPU to hit the 120hz refresh rate in a couple of years.

For gaming, I'm not sure there's any good reason to get a 14900K vs. the 14700K (even ignoring the fact that the cheaper CPU is better value for money).
