F1 2016 2 questions about cornering and speed

1 wht when coming out of the corner the car so slow i`ve seen rubbish truck with better speed out of corners, and 2 why do you feel like your not getting full throttle

i have no TC, and i feel the same as beachamor...i do use a xbox 360 controller, run in demential difficulty, but i'm slower than my teammate every single session, and cannot make even better time than 21st in almost every circuit, in exception of Canada and China.
