Can't tell about 0.1.79 but 0.1.80 prev115 works alright for me.
Other than updating CSP I would recommend double checking that you are in "Track day", "Glencoe + AI Traffic" layout and added more than 8 different opponents cars. The default "AI flood" works well with more cars and ~15 AI is quite a treat.

if you want it to look wet youll need a (ext_config.ini) for the rain to work on this track if you dont have one make one and save it as (ext_config.ini)

and just copy and paste this inside that file and save..
