NB: this is 100% the same last v2.7 released at NG before the website shut down, except that both archives cars and tracks have been merged into single one here at RD and updated readme.
A new v2.8 is in pipes though, but will be released later after 10th Anniversary Patch v9.6 release, because it will be based on HQ cars&tracks v9.6 with new HQ tyres

does this mod have the specific round grids like the default 2004 content had?

For example with the stock 2004 content in championship mode, at specific rounds, different cars would enter.

Is this a feature in this mod?

yes of course, as in real life, you've got car swap at Zhuhai :
- Russian Age Racing #17 Ferrari 550 -> #17 Aston DBR9
- Lammartink Racing #87 Porsche RSR -> #97

Moreover there are also specific liveries for some tracks : by example there are 3 different skins for Gillet Vertigo depending on track location.
You've got also full Spa 2005 grid

here is a hotfix for unfair AI tyre wear as they can use their tyres much longer than you in default game : download file below, rename it without .TXT to get 7z archive, extract in your game folder.

How can I install the Mod? I copied the files into the GTR2 directory but I don't see the cars in the Menu? Only the new tracks are there.

I think I have the solution: I only see the cars in the Championshop but not under Single Race, is this correct?

of course you can select 2005 classe in :
- practice/single race
- full championship
- single 24h Spa event

So you play only default cars at the moment

click on the LEFT/RIGHT ARROWS near "OFFIZIELLE" and you will access HQ cars, 2005 season and other mods

whats the difference between this 2005 season anf the 2005 season in the 2000-2009 fia gt championship pack?
