I think I solved that with the new update if you mean what I think I think you mean the wireframe, right? If not, Im new to skinning, can you explain what you mean?

yes the wire frame is visible on your skin. Uncheck this layer when you merge all the layers to a dds file.

oh, do not use # in the folder name. could be complicated
