2016 GP of Long Beach

I think Pagenaud may have stole the Long Beach GP this year. He robbed Dixon of a great chance to win the race and got a favorable call from Race Control. Either way, I enjoyed most of the race.

Dixon also ran afoul of the same pitlane exit infraction, as did Takuma Sato who took a fifth-place finish, as did Tony Kanaan, as did several IMSA drivers according to Tommy Milner of Corvette Racing

The current solution does not work as far as "enforcing" that people don't cut the pit exit, but seeing as it may be safer than trying to cram a concrete barrier along that yellow line, I'd argue in favour of putting some sort of marker on the right-hand catchfence defining where pit exit is. Alternatively, don't have pit exit so far down the straightaway, but after moving it back, have far less tolerance for cutting.
