The final release will come in few days although a intermediate version could come before.

To use this beta mod, remember to first backup your file "resources.assets" in your MM Data folder. Then uncompress your download in that same folder.

Will be included in 1.0:
All drivers have correct ages, numbers, physics, bios.
Made changes to better reflect real potential, fan popularity, abilities, marketability and sponsors attractiveness.
Added free drivers to reach a list of 197 real drivers. Not a single fake driver in the game!
All teams have real chairman, team principals, engineers, and mechanics with correct DOB and physics.
Some real free Team principals and engineers added.
Real names for competitions and organizations in all messages, tweets, press, conversation, or any other screen.
Real places for races. (Doha=>Bahrain, Ardennes=>Spa-Francorchamps, Barcelona, Monaco, Hockenheim, etc...)
Real logos for teams and sponsors.
Real medias with correct logos, real journalists and celebrities.
Drivers and staff with correct equipment colors.
Real Bernie Ecclestone

I like it! A few things I think of though.

Niki Lauda as chairman? Shouldn't that be the Merc boss?
The circuit names, I personally would rather have the made up names as the tracks are made up as well. I feel it's better to drive at the Ardennes circuit, than a Spa-Francorchamps that isn't Spa-Francorchamps at all!

Other than that. Looking magnificent!

EDIT: Also, seeing in some other threads, that you have managed to fix some liveries. Which is great! However, those liveries should be sponsor-free as we sign sponsors in the game. Again, just my opinion though

Tracks are, for most of them, copies or look-alike of the real ones. And I'm trying to get as close as reality as possible as I think it improves the immersion.
Although I could clearly make a version free of modified tracks if you will.

For the sponsors : they're not attached to liveries. They are real ones that will expire after few races.
The new sponsors available ingame are real companies too.

Dieter Zetsche (born on 5 May 1953 in Istanbul, Turkey) is a German businessman and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Daimler AG and Head of Mercedes-Benz Cars since 2006 as well as member of the company's Board since 1998.

It's better if you make one version, and one that you like, if you feel it's better with the real names, go for that, and I'll happily use the mod regardless (as long as the mod is well made)

I don't want to hijack you thread but to make your mod even more interesting it would be nice if we could change the lay out of the tracks. I haven't been able to put the meshes back into the game UAE only has the option of exporting OBJ and not importing them back.

I hope this mod will be the one you're expecting. I didn't start a game yet as I want the perfect thing before starting it. Maybe someone will come with a better one earlier then that would solve everyone's problem.

Thanks for the proposition. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to extract anything else than textassets and textures 2d so far. If you have a way to extract sprite and/or other files, please tell me. That would be really cool.
I'm not against including other people stuff into this mod though (if they are ok with it of course). I'm looking to get the best result.

I swapped Lauda and Zetsche with DOB, and physical attributes too.

Could you kindly tell me, how to edit the names of the GP's?
I tried it myself, editing the locations file. I am sure which other files need to be edited, coz the game crashes when loading the events menu.

First of all: Great work everyone, trying so hard to add to the realism of a nice motorsport game! I'm neither as knowledged nor do I have enough time to contribute to the technical development of these mods.

But I am kind of an "as real as it gets" fanatic And this is why I have to object Michael Sandee:

Niki Lauda is indeed the non-executive chairman of the Mercedes AMG Petronas F1 Team as stated on their own website:

I did some small research on the actual names that the teams are listed with on the official Formula One website as well as the positions of chairman (not all teams have the same command structure, so they might not call their top management position 'chairman') according to their respective team website.
