Major update - accurate suits, helmets, gloves+Mid-Ohio skins

MAJOR UPDATE - this pack now has accurate driver suits, helmets and gloves courtesy Kerm.

Kerm has spent a tremendous amount of time making these contributions.

Every skin in this pack (around 60) should now have an accurate look for the driver.
