32 or 64 bit

Ive just discovered Mods!!
So silly question time.
I have a 64 bit pc. When i Download a mod for AC using 7-zip should i use the 7-zip 32 or 64 version?
In other words are all mods 32bit or both and will it make a lot of difference on graphics?

The question is only what 7-zip version you should use, right?
The answer: it doesn't matter! The mod won't get influenced by the 7-zip no matter what version! Take the one which extracts faster!

If you have a 64 bit system, use the 64 bit 7zip version. It's much faster when it comes to huge 7zip files.
