FM7 3DSim ED car model import?

I'm going to buy forza 7 soon.I ve already have apex.with 3dsimed import and export so modding can be available but.in storage I can't access the files in windows main file.it has permission issue.
is it same issue for motosport7? and how to access them to extraction car model files then import?
