How can I join this event?
  • Premium members: Reply in this thread stating you want to join, I'll then add you to the list. Server password can be found here
  • Servername: search for "RACEDEPARTMENT"
All skill levels welcome but we ask that you can control the car and know the racing line around the track. Anyone driving in a dangerous manner may be removed from the server.

What do I need to know?
  • Club rules are enforced. Check them out here
  • We highly recommend using the in-built ACC radar when racing so you can keep it close and fair
  • Voice chat is available on the RD Discord if you want to chat. Please use push to talk and limit chat during the race to apologies / lapped traffic info.
  • Please ensure your real name is set on you RD profile and matches your in-game

Hi Luca.
I think you've misunderstood Michael's request - you don't need to change your username to your real name, you instead just need to set the "Real Name" field in the account details page to your real name. This name is only visible to Premium members, and is therefore not visible to search engines.
Apologies for not being clear enough. Here is an example:

Considering I warmed up in Wednesday's stream already, I want to put that to good use. So let's rock :)

Just gotta find a different car until then. I like the Ferrari 296 a lot, but that's something everyone is driving apparently. Can't have that :D Maybe it's time to roll out the trusty ol' Nissan GTR again.

Hi Yannik, great to have you in the race!

What sort of lap times are people running? I havent been on in months and just ran a 8:34.697 on my second ever lap. Just wondering what the pace is so I can hopefully find a bit of time to work on it over the weekend

Hi Robert, with few laps I‘ve reached 8:40. During the race I will drive slower to complete the race without crashing (hopefully). Call me backmarker :)

Update: 8:38.342 - thats it for me. No more time for ACC until the race.

Hi Greg, do you want to participate?

Sorry--last night I tried to get into the practice server and at first had the wrong password, so I wondered if I had to be added to the server list before being allowed to join. But then I found the correct password and was able to practice a bit. Unfortunately as I'm in the US the time on Monday doesn't work for me, but I wanted to at least be able to join the server a bit for practice this weekend. Thanks for checking though!

Hi Greg, maybe this event fits for you:

Bestest, Michael

Finally have some time to join the ACC events, this one sounds fun, count me in!
You are in but please add your name to your RD/Overtake profile and read the rules - really important.
  • Please ensure your real name is set on your RD profile and matches your in-game

I got down to an 8:46 in the Audi, but that is driving conservatively. I found taking a GT4 round there first makes it much easier when you take the GT3 out.

Could someone PM me the latest password please? The one I have doesn't seem to work.
