How can I share pictures that are not yet a mod?

I am try to share pictures with a member so he has reference to paint a skin, but apparently I am out of line. Just delete them the Racedepartment police are all over this. Unbelievable

Sharing car pictures is perfectly fine when done the right way. You are uploading them as mods when you know perfectly well they are not mods.

I am in experienced in posting anything, anywhere, and of course I am not doing it correctly. Would you care to explain the procedure to post a picture that is not a mod for viewing in the proper catagory?

You can pm the person doing the skin for you with the picture.
