rF2 90s BTCC @ Donnington - Thu 06 Apr 2023

rFactor 2 Racing Club event
Race distance is now set to 18 laps.
This should give us around 20 minutes around the shorter National Course for R1 and around 30 minutes for R2 on the GP Course.

Great line up of cars. The Sierra is....umm...interesting? Actually finding the Vauxhall to be the nicest to drive, lots of lift oversteer and predictable on-throttle neutral-to-understeer handling.

I know, right! As soon as I saw the Cosworth was available I was all over it. But man, understeer, more understeer, then some lag....and...boost oversteer into the weeds! But the cockpit is great, as is the BMW. All of them are so well modelled.

Hopefully in but depends on getting home from work on time
Hello and welcome to rF2 Thursday events.
Look forward to catching up with you later.... or possibly watching you dissapear off into the distance. :roflmao:
Seriously though, it'd be nice to be able to welcome you on Discord or possibly via in game chat.
See you this evening.

Hello everyone. I can't participate here because I don't have this track (yet). I'll practice until then.

But I have a small question:

When I press "Pit request" the small menu appears in the lower right corner where I can set things for the pit stop. What do I have to press to make the menu go away?

Check controller settings for mfd.

If you want it totally away. Try keyboard number 4, 5 or 6 (above letters). IIRC those numbers turn off UI stuff
