There's a certain person posting the same requests over and over, going off-topic whenever possible and making multiple accounts. This person seems to have been there for months.
I haven't been much around lately, but I feel annoyed by it. I was wondering what you guys were thinking about this, if you feel like it's a problem as well. If so, what can be done about it?
