F1 2019 A question

Hey guys! I have a question. It is possible to make a mod using f1 2019 cars to introduce them in old versions of the game,I mean f1 2015 or 2014. I thought this because I saw a mod with 1992 f1 cars into the game f1 2014. Now please tell me if is this possible? And if is possible to do with 2019 f1 cars? Thank you!
