A really hair situation

It may appear so, but my nose never touched him. Came close and I thought I was going to loose the car then at the moment, but no penalties served. Erratically? look at 0:28s he turned right into me and then tried to do it again at 0:30s . He spun himself out and took out a Bimmer in the process. Also I was in the middle of the track. And he also apologized after the race saying he was new when I asked him about it. I told him "No worries". The video is just to show how hair the situation was.
The way his rear turns around at 0:38 makes it clear that his game registered a collision there, but maybe it's just a case of bad netcode.
At 0:30, he's already next to you trying to pass you on the inside. You don't leave him enough room by staying in the middle of the track. Admittedly, that's not a good overtaking spot either, so I'd say it's simply a racing incident.
