AC bad screen stutter and crashing

So I have recently fired back up AC after a windows reinstall and all of a sudden I have been getting microstutters and the game will randomly lock up for a few seconds. I am also getting the odd crash too.
My system will run ACC with no problem all on epic settings, this is not hardware related.
My PC:
RTX 3090 Strix
i9 12900k
32 GB (16x2) DDR5 ram etc etc.

The first session or so that I go into and all seems ok. Subsequent session seem to mess up. When I do a steam verification, it says that 1 file is not found and will be re-acquired or something. The thing is, after each session or each few laps I run....this file gets corrupted or missing or whatever and needs re-acquiring again.
If I do not run a session since the steam verification and re-verify, the files are ok.

I am running CM and shaders 1.76 etc...but I get this stuff even going through assetto ui itself and un-installed CSP and still get the issue. I also removed and reinstalled AC.....but when it reinstalled...the content and cars etc were there from my mods/downloads.

As I say, the game runs ok first time around....it is subsequent loads that cause the issue. So there appears to be a file getting changed or a conflict of some sort between sessions.

Does anyone have any ideas?

I believe Steam only removes the files that are on the game's manifest, so any mods will be left in their respective folders. When you uninstalled the CSP, did you remove CM and try to play the game from it's natural/original state? If the answer is yes, did you remove the folder 'AcTools Content Manager' that can be found C:\Users\your_user_name\AppData\Local\...?

OK so update. I read elsewhere that razer cortex had caused this issue on ac before with some other users.
So I done an uninstall of it, it must have come down with my keyboard software.
Stutters are gone. Crashes are gone. In and out of many sessions this evening.....all flawless.
I'll update in a day or so to confirm the fix, but so far it looks good.
Thanks for the update!
These periphery software suites are a real issue for many people...

Corsair's iCUE takes way too much CPU sometimes and can cause a lot of issues.
I had to uninstall it...

Friends with Razor's software are reporting similar issues sometimes.

Logitech's G-Hub seems to be quite okay.
But it also has a LOT less functions from what I could see over the last month.

(I switched to the tenkeyless, flat, mechanical, wireless keyboard from them a month ago due to an awesome sale, amazing keyboard!
And the only one with that combination on the planet...)

Well I must say it's beyond tragic that products which are expressly aimed at gamers have flaws which spoil the gaming experience... :O_o:
Yeah... They like to show-off with features but these softwares are really lacking good programming and quality checks...

You should have a read about MSI's Nahimic Sound Enhancements:
