AC crashes on free roam maps

I'm not sure what's causing it. I haven't played any free roam in a while, but now if I do the game crashes within 10 seconds of finishing loading. I'm running the game with Content Manager, Custom Shaders Patch and Sol, all updated to their latest stable versions.
