AC Legends RSR74 lightbar + badge fix - removes the boxes covering the logos on the back of the car

This is a simple fix for the ACL RSR74 that gets rid of the ugly black boxes covering the lightbar and RSR logo. I got the idea to share this with everyone after seeing a skin uploaded by @perorocino.

Many thanks to Kulich and @shock_ for helping out to fix this when I was making a skin for our league season it eventually turned into a back and forth fact finding mission to fix it overall.

You can get it to work in the showroom by ticking the box here (Content Manager>Settings>Custom Showroom), but it's only for previews

There's an option for the regular AC Showroom to use the CSP for viewing extensions as well
