Hy guys,
so I finally got a nice steering wheel so that I could use the 7way to manage my Pit stops.
Guess what
For days I´m struggeling to get it to work and now I´m tapped out.
The 7way is recognized in Windows and in Content manager.
After some struggeling I got Joytokey working.
(I´m not a PC person and the key binding did not work like described on the website.
The "Bulk Assignment Wizard" finally produced a program that could be safed)
So:
wheel/7way is working, Joytokey shows the input/output I want and CM just ignores it, I still have to use the Arrow Keys to get the Pitstop up.
WTF am I doing wrong??

Found it. In my desperate struggle to make it work I checked "Mouse Pitstop"
After unchecking 7way started to work a intended.
