AC server problems

As the title says, i'm having some problems setting a server on my pc to run some "practice events". Basically, once i start the server, i see it in the LAN section and i can join it. My friend, on different connection, can see the server in the server list but he can't choose a car and after a while it says "unable to contact the server". My brother, on the same connection but different computer, can join without any problem from the LAN section.
I've opened the ports 9600 and 8081 both udp and tcp, selected 6 skins because the server has 6 spots.
Do you have any idea of what could be the problem?

I had some strange things going on too, I don't know how I solved it exactly but you could try to change the TCP port to 9601 because I have it like that... Seems that it had a reason

Also make sure that you have "Pickup Mode" and "Show on Lobby" checked!

look at your server manager, it asks you for three ports
