AC Server Setup

Hi, I can't seem to setup a server. However, based on the logs it appears that I'm connected so I'm thinking my port forwarding is setup correctly. The session just doesn't show up on the server list. Here is one of the last lines from the log:

SENDING http://93.57.10.21/lobby.ashx/ping?session=1&timeleft=3600&port=9600&clients=0&track=mugello&pickup=1
OK

I typed in the IP address and I got the following message from Assetto Corsa:

If you can see this and the Assetto Corsa launcher does not display a server list then please check that:

-- Your firwall/antivirus is not blocking Assetto Corsa.exe
-- you do not have any malconfigured tunneling software active
-- you do not have an unresponsive proxy configured in Control Panel > Internet Options > Connections > LAN Settings

My firewall is turned off, I don't know what tunneling software is, and I don't have any proxy settings.

Trying to get this server setup has been unbelievably difficult! Any suggestions??
