Having Triple screen (144Hz), 1440p.

Latest drivers, latest patch ACC.
Quite often after I drive 15-20 minutes picture starts to lag aspecially in the corners, in more dinamic scenarios, and reminds like FPS has a serios drop, however SPS remains the same in usual range. I though maybe it is required to increase FPS (by lowering video quality, went to HIGH and further to MID), issue does not disapper even with 120 and 170 FPS.
Such lagging possible to solve by cleaning c:\Users\User\AppData\Local\AC2\, but not for long.
It used not to happen but since joined LFM and got Delta app it happens every session.
I don't thing it is related, because it used to act same way, when I left game on pause and returned after 40-60 minutes later and continue the race - give a feeling that there is some memmory leak, but again RAM usage is also fine.
Could anybody tell me where to dig, cause too old for such problem solving.
