ACC pad/disc wear numbers

Hey, I'm looking for an explanation for the "pad wear" and "disc wear" numbers in the setup screen. Not the pad 1-4 information, because we all know what they do by now, but the wear numbers specifically (starting at 29.00 and 32.00). Like tyre wear actually means thread depth (start at 3.00mm to max 1.50mm), disc and pad wear must mean something too, and what is a decent operating window for these numbers?
Been at Google for some time but the information doesn't seem to come up, people only seem to rehash the pad 1-4 info. I'm sure I've read it somewhere before, but it seems impossible to find now. Any thoughts?

I assume he figured that out already by himself, he maybe wants to know the treshold value. I did not find anything useful yet.
Exactly. Like tyre wear, the 3mm doesn't mean they're effective for the whole thread depth, only to 1.5mm-ish. At least for tyre wear it's explained in the setup menu, but not for discs and pads.
