ACC Skins does not show up

so i installed a few skins in Acc all correctly but as soon as is open Acc, i go in Singleplayer select the Car but the liverys are not there. Do i have to turn something off or on? or what is the problem?

In-game make sure to select Custom when selecting a livery, then click the Car name below to select any custom livery that you've imported.
