ACC skins not showing up after update

Hi all, I had quite a few custom liveries and before the 1.5.4 update, they all used to be in the "2018" section which also showed all the available GT3 cars. After the update it didn't show up with all the cars in the car selection menu, so I deleted all of them from the My Documents folder and redownloaded them, but they still aren't showing up like before.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

I’m not at my gaming pc, but.... Custom Skins are working just fine. What does seem to happen when a patch is applied is that the filter get changed from All to Official, which hides all the customs (in-game and full custom) liveries.

The Filter toggle is above the car model on the left...
