Account does not exist with these credentials

Got beta purchased, signed up with my nickname as PieLighter.
I've tried signing into online but I get the above message. The payment has been received by ISI, I got an email confirming that.
It might be down to the captcha - I typed wrong but I pressed the enter key by mistake while pressing backspace - launcher bug? Either way, I can't log in.

You need to use your email address and password to login, not your username.

Doesn't help that it doesn't tell you what to put in the box.

If you click the password box without entering anything in the name box, it does. That's how I eventually solved this conundrum for myself.

Same here... Only noticed it when I entered the password first
