Accuforce v2 rattle noise

Hello,

my newly aquired Accuforce wheel is rattling and jerking much when taking corners or going over curbs with the F3 car on Iracing. When racing with the Ferrari GT488 car, with the same Sim Commander setting, the rattling noise is much less prominent and acceptable. Since I live in an apartment and race at night, I need to keep the noise down. I tried every setting on Sim Commander to get the rattle noise down with the F3 car, but unless I turn the intensity down and smoothness up a lot, it keeps making laoud sounds. Is there any special setting I keep missing to keep the rattle noise down?

Have you tried it without Simcommander running at all?
This just uses the games own drivers and some have better results.

Some titles can require a lot of smoothing. I've run about 200 with AC but, it depends on how you like the FFB.

There have been a couple of people that have had the hub-bolt loosen up enough to make noise and feel abrupt ffb effects so it may be worth investigating.
