ACD extractor?

This has probably been covered already, but what ways is there to extract the data from the .acd files?

I read about <snip> however the file seems to contain a trojan. So I don't trust trying to use it.

Please be advised that if you're going to be modifying official content files then you will not be permitted to use RaceDepartment as a means of distributing those files. We do not allow uploads containing modified versions of original game files.

Obviously if it's for your own personal use, then swing for the fence
