Physics ACL GTC 60s Porsche 904 No breaks/FFB issues

I'm having an issue where first off the FFB makes the wheel wiggle heavy back and forth in a straight line and the second the cars breaks don't exist whatsoever. Not sure if this is a glitch or not, cause this doesn't feel right at all.

Please help?!?!
