ACManager - MODS management apllication for AC
I made a MODS management apllication for AC. it can be downloaded or visit my web site here: http://m.dorner.free.fr/ACManager.htm
version 1.2.1 is online and fix the folder setting.
BACKUP
It is downloaded and imported cars in the backup folder.
If there is a fix, just import it with the same path that a car
(see below "Import cars")
IN THE GAME
That are active cars in the game.
Note : no move can be done on original cars.
PUT INTO THE GAME
Copy the car in the game and overwrite the old version if present.
REMOVE THE GAME
Get the car out of the game and put it in stock if it is not there yet.
BUTTON "ST"
Allow to put in the backup folder all cars and tracks in the game except
original ones without removing them from the game.
IMPORT CARS :
Case 1 - classic car (just a file name of the car)
No specific problems, use the "Import" button and select the
folder name and the name of the car (they are identical).
Case 2 - if there are several models and no "fonts" folder
Proceed cars one by one as case 1.
Case 3 - car with "fonts" folder inside
Use the "import" button and choose the "content" folder and after the folder
with the name of the car.
Case 4 - several car models with "fonts"
Proceed cars one by one as case 1 except one car that you should treat as
case 2
BUTTON "MODIFY THE BRAND"
This button is used to change the brand of a car in order not to have several
logos for the same brand in Assetto Corsa.
SKINS MANAGER
You can manage only the skins of cars in the game. Even if you delete a skin,
you could find it again in backup folder.
TRACKS MANAGER
IMPORT
Select the track folder you want to import into your backup folder.
ACTIVATE
Copy the track folder in the game.
ADDONS MANAGER (APP)
It is important that all the app files be gathered in a folder with the name of the
app.
If you delete an addon in backup folder, it can not be uninstalled completely
because ACMan has to know if it should be deleted
SETUPS MANAGER
SETUPS FOLDER CLEANING
Allow to delete all folders and files created by AC and whose mods (cars, tracks)
have been uninstalled.
DELETE EMPTY SETUP FOLDER
Delete only empty folders created by AC when using a car for first time.
Other functions are very simple : copy, paste...
