acs.exe problem

yes, you have to go to the AC folder - content - cars - find the car - data.

now open aero.ini (you might have to right click and select notepad not sure).

-change version # to 2 (will prob be 0.9 or 1)
-below or after this is a bracketed segment called [data]. it ends w/ [/data] and the next segment is [wing1] (or [wing]).
-ERASE the entire [data] segment. the sim hasnt been using this for some time so nothing will change w/ the mod. so the document should now say have the version as 2 and after that, a wing section w/ information in it.

save. most cars will work after this fix, for those that dont, try google.

(this is actually a very fast & easy fix, i just tried to go into a bit of detail as if youve never done it its probably awkward)

i just noticed from the video you are german so if my instructions arent clear, go to AC offficial forums. the particular car you showed has surely been updated, they also have better descriptions + pictures of how to fix other cars.
