Activations.

I am getting no reply from e mails about resetting my activations after reinstall. Is there any other way to get this resolved, i have not had chance to play the 2012 game yet and now i cant play the older version either.

I suppose i'll have to wait till monday then......seeing as my upgrade went a tad pear shape and all my activations got used up.....i have sent an email to them but seeing as its the weekend i suppose it'll be a no go till then....?
