Add components to Broadcast Cam?

Hi,

I was wondering how to go about adding flags and damage icons to the broadcast cam. I've added a pic below that shows Chequered & Yellow flags in cockpit cam, but these don't appear in broadcast.

Is there a way top amend a camera view to include these?

If so, which files do I need to look at?
