F1 2020 Adding insignias and markings to an existing car

Is it possible to add additional Insignia and markings to a 'game created' car. Presently using the 'etched' racing colours based on my own colour variation, but to make it more 'realistic', I want to add additional fictional sponsors. Is it possible? Does anyone do a library of 'markings and sponsors?
