Adding more liveries than default

I've been looking at custom liveries for GT3 cars, within that class there's obviously the following as default:

• BMW - 6 Liveries (AI)
• Merc - 7 Liveries (AI)
• McLaren - 6 Liveries (AI)
• Porsche - 7 Liveries (AI)

When I go to start a race it tells me I can only have 26 if not some cars will duplicate.

What I'm seeing on Race Department is skin packs for GT3 that have 10 liveries for each car....... SOOOO how on earth do I increase the amount of liveries for each car to be able to then increase the cars on track so it doesn't duplicate??

I've looked on the official forum and there is conflicting info and it's a mess to search for stuff. I saw an official post that states you cant have more than what's already there but then looking at Race Department I see screenshots of a BMW skin pack that has 10+ BM's lined up all unique!!?

You can't have more skins than available models. Many of the car classes have been shrunk down form their original numbers ( to fit newer models), and the skins you see are for the previous number of cars available.
